- What materials do you use ?
Defage goods are made from high quality leather. We select the highest-grade hides, because the character of good leather underlines the quality of design, and it is the most important decision for the subsequent quality of our products.
- Where are the products made ?
All of our products are crafted in Italy. Italy is home to some of the best leather goods factories. Lucky for us, we work with one of them. Our bags are crafted alongside some of the biggest names of the luxury handbag world.
- Where do you ship to ?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
- How much does shipping cost ?
Shipping is free on all orders. Our shipping is handled through DHL and UPS.
- Do I have to pay duties and taxes ?
Additional taxes may be applied by the customs services in non-European countries, these charges are payable by the customer.
- When will my purchase ship ?
We want you to have your new Defage bag as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).
- What is your return policy ?
You may return articles no longer in their original packaging within 15 days of the date of home delivery at your home or pick-up on site.
To be eligible for complimentary returns, it is essential to contact us beforehand at firstname.lastname@example.org and to tell us the item(s) that you wish to return.
The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice.
- When will I receive my refund ?
All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
